Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging materials, and dust bag must be included.
  • The item must not show any signs of use, scent, or alteration.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Approved change-of-mind returns will receive store credit or an exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is at the customer's expense.

Faulty or Defective Goods

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure or does not match its description. If your item is faulty or defective:

  • Major failure — you are entitled to your choice of a full refund, replacement, or compensation for the drop in value.
  • Minor failure — we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If we cannot do so within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.
  • Return shipping for faulty goods will be covered by Zovra.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@zovra.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Package the item securely, include a copy of your order confirmation, and send it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timeframes

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and approving the return. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the credit. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

◈ Lifetime Repair Program

Every Zovra jacket is backed by our Lifetime Repair Program. If your jacket develops a fault due to craftsmanship or material failure — regardless of when it was purchased — we will repair it at no charge. This applies to stitching, zips, hardware, and liner seams. To initiate a repair, email us with your order number and a photo of the fault.

Exclusions

  • Sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase).
  • Items showing evidence of wear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made by the customer.
  • Items returned after the 14-day change-of-mind window without prior approval.
