Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to any address within Australia — no minimum spend required. We believe premium products should arrive at your door without hidden costs.
Dispatch & Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. Use the tracking link provided to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, please contact us.

Every order is packed with care in our signature matte-black packaging with tissue paper, a branded dust bag, and a care card. We believe the moment you open your Zovra delivery should feel as premium as wearing it.
International Shipping
We are currently focused on the Australian market. If you are located outside Australia and would like to enquire about an international order, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to assist.
