1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing zovra.com.au or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%) where applicable.
• Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a reservation. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an error in the listed price, the item is no longer available, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Payment

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, as processed by Stripe, Inc. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your card details.

Payment is charged at the time of order. Where payment fails or is declined, your order will not be fulfilled and you will be notified promptly.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms, estimated timeframes, and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the ZOVRA name, logo, product designs, photographs, text, and graphical elements — is the intellectual property of Bellandor Fin Corp Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zovra / Bellandor Fin Corp Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
